Still issues.

Update: Wish user names were different colors. IRCcloud is my first choice for an IRC client.

Colloquy + ZNC (for push) is GREAT!

Im a longtime Colloquy user on Mac, but only recently have tried it on iOS. The thing that TRULY makes this usable though is ZNC integration, which enables me to stay online in my channels and get push notifications. Im quite pleased with the combination, though for some this might prove a little challenging to set up on their own. One thing Im noticing, with some regularity, now that I have more networks and channels set up in ZNC, is that this client easily crashes if there are several buffers to scroll back. It seems to occur more frequently when additional chats open in the process -- such as when ZNC has reconnected and bots reply during login. If crashing wasnt such a problem I could easily go five stars on the rating. And now Ive learned of some competition. Palaver. Its missing some of Colloquys bells and whistles. But it has two things that caused me to switch for now: (1) it doesnt crash. (2) its developers are proactive and responsive with new builds.

Wont connect half the time.

I dont get the issue. This used to work fine. Now it wont connect half the time with full coverage.

Crashes

Crashes every time it is opened.

I did not get what I paid for.

After the first use this app crashes when it connects to a server, and on top of that it hasnt been updated in half a year. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great update, solid IRC client

Its not a complete change but the client will log me out in 5 minutes instead of 3 now, that being the biggest issue with IRC on every iOS app. Still hoping for an update that lets it stay on continuously in the background like Skype and such do. Pref panel isnt showing up from the icon, but is available in the general system settings as its own icon near the bottom. Its annoying but still useable.

Fix this!!!

Settings do not display! Just a black screen!! Needs access to file sharing

Stability issues

Running iOS 8.4 Colloquy crashes during NickServ handshake Please fix guys dont want my money to go to waste.

Horrible

Constantly times out, always having issues

Completely awful

Worthless app, barely does what its supposed to, cant multitask while using it, constantly times out for no reason. Whoever wrote this app should be fired out of a cannon.

Works ok. Sorely missing features.

Works well with ZNC push. The UIX is awful. The app has a "dark" theme, but in reality this only changes the colors within the chat window. Not the keyboard, or the navigation bars, or the menu. The result is the user still being awkwardly blinded by half the screen while the other goes dark. Ill keep using colloquy for now, but these common sense items should really be addressed.

Best IRC client so far

It isnt perfect, but this is the best IRC client I have tried on the iPad and it keeps getting better with each update.

Terrible support, good product

Have used this app for several months with no problems. The past month or so I have been having trouble contacting individual people in chat rooms. I sent three mails and filled out a

having problems with dictation

I love this app, but at the end of every sentence there is a little box with the letters OBJ in it at the end of each sentence. It only seems to happen when I use dictation.

i love this app but im having a problem...

i love this app been using it for quite some time already... but for this new update im having a problem bec i cant even see whos online in a channel and all i can see is the people talking in the channel but i cant see their nicks...

Lol?

What happened like two updates back? Now I cant even see the user list for channels anymore( at least when on a bouncer ), the app randomly crashes when running with backgrounding on, as well as status not being displayed for the server your connecting/connected to ( unless you can read raw traffic from console lol ).

Ugh

Id rather have my 2 dollars back
